As an ecologist who appreciates Costa Rica's biodiversity, I found Sportsmens Lodge to be a perfect base for exploring the majestic beauty of the Central American ring of fire. the lodge's location in the upscale Barrio Amón neighborhood of San José offers easy access to both the Pacific and Caribbean coasts, making it convenient for eco-friendly travelers like myself to explore diverse ecosystems. the spacious rooms, such as the Four Mansion Suites, were elegantly furnished and provided all the necessary amenities for a comfortable stay, while the friendly staff, including Carla. I highly recommend Sportsmens Lodge for anyone looking to immerse themselves in Costa Rica's natural beauty while enjoying exceptional hospitality.
